a Film Professional.
Some of my work as Editor and Direction Asst. (DA) has been showcased in esteemed festivals including International Documentary Film Festival of Amsterdam (IDFA), UNICEF Innocenti Film Festival of Florence, Mumbai Academy of Moving Images (MAMI) Film Festival, Pune International Film Festival (PIFF) and Dharmshala International Film Festival (DIFF) amongst others. I also Independently produce video content for the Internet. My extensive technical knowledge combined with my craft of film enables me to find innovative solutions to problems in film making process.
In most of my collaborations, I’ve contributed to the research and screenplay development. I love the process of meticulously shooting the film in the director's hat during the production. I am highly skilled in Non Linear Editing suites and I believe in spending more time sharpening the axe before cutting.

Although I’ve specialized in the post-production process of filmmaking, I have a genuine passion for the physical experience of producing a film on set. I learnt photography at the age of 12, and the visual medium has ever since been a medium of expression for me. Today, walking onto the floor, I bring an additional advantage of my expertise in editing and cinematography which allows me and the team to make more thoughtful decisions to effectively tell the story at the production level.
